After living in Ohio for the first 25 years of my life, graduating from the University of Findlay, and buying my first property, I decided to pack our things, hit the road with the dog (Karber) and move out west to begin my Career. Starting a career in Real Estate in 2014 has led me to some amazing adventures in the professional world. Since my start, I have helped many families and investors, joined the local board of REALTORS® and have been serving as a director on the board for the last three years, (Re-Elected in Oct. 2018 for another 2 year term), became a member of the Keller Willams office Leadership Counsel, and started a Young professionals committee to grow not only my leadership skills but the skills of other industry professionals on the committee. In my first 3 years selling residential homes, I averaged 37.3 homes closed per year. After that, it was time to get into investment properties, land development, and custom builds. Adding these other areas of real estate to my portfolio I have averaged 50 closed units each of the last 2 years. I am extremely grateful to our team for allowing me the opportunity to grow and become who I am today. In 2016 the Lord blessed the world with our daughter Alison Grace. While every parent has nothing but good to say about their children, I can sum up my daughter with just a few words. She is a spitfire like myself and just as compassionate as her mother.
